Stephanie Young

REALTOR®

Stephanie was born and raised in Santa Barbara and has been selling real estate since 2005.

With the current shortage of inventory, Stephanie has been specializing in finding properties that are not listed for sale, so that her clients are able to purchase homes without having to compete with other buyers.

Stephanie helps home sellers net the highest amount of money on their home (sale price less concessions) by zeroing in on the best listing price that will help to obtain multiple offers so that the seller can choose which one fits their needs best. In addition, she advises them on how to prepare their home for the market, so that it shows well and gets the best return on their investment.

When Stephanie is not working, she is spending time with her husband of 8 years and her two small children.
